• Profile Information: Primary throwing hand (right/left), profile preferences
• Session Data: Bullpen and flatground throwing session data including pitch types, accuracy measurements, velocity readings, session notes, and timestamps
• Social Interactions: Comments you leave on sessions, follow requests, and connections with other users
• Payment Information: Subscription status (Apple handles all payment processing — we do not directly receive, store, or process your credit card or payment information)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information:

• Usage Data: Features used, pages visited, time spent, and interactions within the App
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, language preferences, and time zone
• Diagnostic Data: Crash logs, performance data, and error reports to improve App reliability
• IP Address: Used for general location estimation, security, and fraud prevention

4.1 With Other Users

Other App users may see information you choose to share, including your nickname, session data you have made visible to followers, and comments you post publicly within the App.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the App:

• Supabase: Database hosting, authentication, and user data storage
• Vercel: Application hosting and content delivery
• Apple: Subscription processing, App Store distribution
• PostHog: Anonymous usage analytics to improve the App

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

4.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change and your choices regarding your information.

5.1 Account Management

• Access and Update: You can view and update most of your profile information directly in the App's Settings.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App's Settings page. Account deletion requires typing "DELETE" to confirm and is irreversible.
• Subscription Management: Manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID Subscription Settings on your device.

5.2 Rights Under GDPR (European Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to rectify inaccurate data

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the App's services. When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encryption of passwords at rest
• Row-Level Security on our database
• Regular security audits and updates

8. Children's Privacy

Bullpen Tracker is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

11. Apple In-App Purchase Disclosure

Subscriptions for Bullpen Tracker are billed and managed through your Apple ID account. Apple's Privacy Policy governs the processing of your payment information. 12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
